Yesterday, I hosted the first run of Conversion Cocktail, a branding and marketing workshop designed specifically for small tourism brands. We gathered around a boardroom table in Marlborough with business owners and operators who care deeply about the experiences they create—and want their branding and marketing to reflect that.
Together, we unpacked the basics: what branding really is (and isn’t), how marketing actually works, and how the two should align to build trust and drive bookings. Through case studies, reflections, and a few deep-audit workbooks, the group explored their current visibility and voice—and walked away with small, intentional ways to improve.
The feedback was kind, insightful, and full of momentum:
Noted!
I designed this workshop as a first-principles approach to branding and marketing—something clear, practical, and truly useful for small teams. I’m already thinking about what comes next.
If you missed this one and want to join the next round, or if you’d like to bring a version of it to your region, get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
